Orders placed before the 3pm cut-off on working days are usually dispatched the same day. Any orders placed after this time, or on weekends and public holidays, will be dispatched on the next working day.

Delivery Issues
If your parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact Upton's Vape Store as soon as possible. We will investigate the issue with the courier, and depending on the outcome, a replacement or refund may be offered.
