Returns Policy

Introduction
This Returns Policy explains how customers may return products purchased from Upton's Vape Store. All returns are handled in accordance with UK consumer protection laws.

Eligibility for Returns
Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving their order. Products must be unused, in their original packaging, and free from damage. E-liquid bottles, coils, and prefilled pods may only be returned if they remain sealed due to hygiene and safety requirements.

Incorrect or Faulty Goods
If an item arrives faulty or not as described, customers must notify Upton's Vape Store within 48 hours of delivery and provide evidence of the issue. Upton's Vape Store will review the claim, and if approved, a replacement or refund will be issued.

Return Process
Customers must contact Upton's Vape Store Customer Support before sending any item back. Unauthorised returns cannot be accepted. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refunds
Refunds are processed to the original payment method once the returned items have been inspected and approved. Delivery charges may be excluded unless the return is the result of an error by Upton's Vape Store.

Exclusions
Gift cards are non-refundable. Sale items may only be refunded if they are faulty.
